Rungard TM Protective Tire Assembly (PTA) is an integration of Runflat Insert system, Tire Wall Shielding System, and Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS), to protect the combat vehicle from being immobilized by attacks on tire. Rungard-RFI Runflat Insert System is made with lightweight polymer materials and appropriately engineered with unique performance to prevent breakage or shattering when under ballistic attack or road hazards. It is strong enough to support the full load ofully armored military combat vehicles. It can run at 50km/hr for 100 kms on road, or 50 kms off-road.

Rungard-TWS Tire Wall Shielding system is a composite of engineered rubber and lightweight honeycomb, developed to protect tire wall, which is the most vulnerable part of the tire. It is also flame-resistant and can conceal infrared caused by braking heat , which can be easily visible to night vision system.

R u n g a r d-C T I S Central TireInflation System is a system which allow the crew to control the pressure in the tire, which allow the tire to fit the different conditions with different pressure, and keep the tire under pressured when tire is damaged.
